76, of Wheat Ridge, CO, passed away January 10, 2008 at the VA Nursing Home in Denver. He is survived by his 2 brothers: John & Frank Perez; 2 sisters: Mary Petrie & Frances Salazar; 13 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Louise Taylor. Viewing will be 5-8 PM with a 7 PM Rosary on Tuesday January 15th at Newcomer Family West Chapel. Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM on Wednesday January 16th at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 7240 W. 12th Avenue in Lakewood. Burial will be at Ft. Logan National Cemetery 12 PM Staging Area "A". In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, PO Box 25126, Denver, CO 80225. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.newcomerfamily.com.
