Josephine R. Lopez

Josephine Rose Lopez, 68, of Thornton, passed away Wednesday. She was born to the late Ruth Ulibarri and Tim Ulibarri, December 26,1950. She married the late Frank Lopez Sr. and lived in Westminster, CO. She loves to spend familytime every Sunday night at her son's home, she loved to play bingo and recently found an
interest in painting. She enjoyed going on vacations and "going up the hill". In her working days she would pack
little snacks to give out to the homeless in downtown Denver. In her last days in hospice, she cared greatly
about all of her nurses and thought of them as close friends. She is also survived of two children Laurie Lopez and Frank Lopez Jr., five grandchildren, and five greatgrandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents Ruth and Tim Ulibarri, her husband Frank Lopez Sr., and her brother Benjamin Ulibarri.
