Grandchildren: Mark Carlson of Anchorage, Alaska; Eric Carlson of Danville, Indiana; Nolan D. Adams and Benson Adams of Greenwood Village, Colorado
Great Grandchildren: Maya, Alexis, Asher, and Haven Carlson of Anchorage, Alaska; Haddon and Piper Carlson of Danville, Indiana
Joyce attended Bethany Lutheran College in Lindsborg, Kansas. She taught various grades in schools in Kansas, Colorado, New Jersey, and South Carolina where she started a pre-school at a Naval Hospital.
She liked Teddy Bears and had a large collection of them, putting them to work hosting Teddy Bears Christmas parties for 5 & 6 year olds.
She volunteered for Hospice and graded Bible Studies for prisoners.
Joyce loved our Lord Jesus Christ, and we know she is safely at home with him now and forever.
