Joyce Maurine Surek

Joyce Surek passed away April 29, 2024. She was born in 1924 to L. L. and Ruth Trott in Eastland County, Texas. Joyce is survived by daughters Gaye Bowley Briggs and her husband Clint of Denver, Colorado and Mary Ruth Bowley Jenke and her husband Art of Albuquerque, New Mexico; grandchildren Michael, Scot, Angus, Buck and Leigh Jenke; eight great-grandchildren A.J., Treavor, Taylor, Aleyna, Aiden, Julian, Oliver, Angus, and Connor Jenke; three great-great-grandchildren Avery Cates, Evelyn Grace Jenke, and Elliott Jenke-Chong; brother Lynn Trott and his wife Mary of Point Blank, Texas; sisters Virginia Starling and Glenda Greebon of New Mexico; step-daughter Marian of Wisconsin and step-sons Dennis of Massachusetts and Greg of Michigan; and six step-grandchildren.
