Juanita Muro

"In Loving Memory of our Beloved Mother and Grandmother"

Mrs. Juanita Muro, 77, of Denver, CO, passed away February 1, 2008.

She was born May 5, 1930 in Amarillo, Texas. On September 3, 1947 she was united in marriage to Julio A. Muro. They lived in Denver since 1947. Mr. Muro passed away on December 11, 1995.

Mrs. Muro was a homemaker and a lifelong servant of the Lord. She was a member of the Landmark Tabernacle since 1980.

She is survived by her children, Steve (Lorraine) Muro, Rose Blondeau, Moses Muro, Maria Encinias, Juanita (Jose) Muro-Garcia and Joseph (Sandra) Muro; brother, Jose M. Navarro, of Chihuahua, Mexico; sister-in-law, Mrs. Susan Muro, of Los Angeles, CA; 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Viewing will be Tuesday, February 5, 2008 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 10:30AM at the Landmark Tabernacle, 2727 So. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO with Pastor Billy E. Hale and Rev. Benjamin D. Muro (grandson), officiating.

Pallbearers will be sons Joe P. Muro and Steve V. Muro and grandsons, Sam L. Muro, Phillip D. Muro, John P. Muro and Benjamin D. Muro.

Following the funeral service, the interment will take place at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area / Shelter "B" at 12:30PM.
