Jude L. Faught

Beloved wife, mother, Nana, and friend Jude L. Bywater Faught passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 84. Jude was born and raised in Lignite North Dakota and was the youngest of four children. After graduating high school, she completed a business course at the Gale Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After finishing her education, Jude moved to Chicago, Illinois to work for Burlington Northern Railroad.

In 1958 she met her future husband, Paul Faught, who was serving in the United States Air Force. They were married in 1965 and had two children, Karen and Lee. Because of Paul's military service, the family moved around the country, seeing both oceans and both borders. During their travels, the family lived in Illinois, New York, North Dakota, Texas, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Colorado, and California. After Paul retired the family steeled down In Arvada, Colorado.

Jude became a beloved "Nana" to her grandchildren and was a major part of their lives. She was a valued friend to many. She will be truly missed by her many friends and family all over the country.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, her parents Elsie and William Bywater, her siblings Archie and Jack Bywater and Jean Rude, and her son-in-law Ric Creuz. She is survived by her children, Karen Tiner Creuz and Lee Faught. Her children-in-law: Jeff Tiner and Crystal Faught. Her grandchildren, Joe and Erin Tiner, Kourtney Neiman, and Shania Grubbs. Great-grandchildren, Allee Frecks and Mylinda Holden.

A gathering and service will be held on September 29, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Newcomers - West Metro Chappel (901 S. Sheridan Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80226). A reception will follow the service at Jude's home. In lieu of flowers, her family asks that you make a donation in Jude's name to the Arvada Food Bank.
