She is survived by her husband of 42 years: Cecil Gentry; her mother: Josephine Peoples of MO; son: Stephen McQuinn wife Lydia of KY; daughter: Terry McCauslin husband Pat of TN; daughter: Sherri Spiva husband Jerry of TN; son: Shawn McQuinn wife Renee of CO; stepdaughter: Tammye Forgey husband David; stepdaughter: Teresa Hobson husband Philip; 16 grandchildren:Tabitha McQuinn; Alex McQuinn; Patrick McQuinn; Geavanna Callamino; Brad Frazier; Justin Frazier; Mark Logan Spiva; Brady McQuinn; Lacey McQuinn; Aimee Leverette; Tammye Anne Allen; Chris Allen; Elizabeth Forgey; Joshua Forgey; Matthew Hobson; and Rachel Hobson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Mrs. Gentry was preceded in death by her father Vincel Peoples, sisters Iris Peoples-Carolus and Sandra Peoples-Jackson; brothers; Richard Peoples, Vincel Peoples JR, and Kevin Peoples

Mrs. Gentry had been ill for some years, but continued to make people laugh. She loved life, had a wonderful attitude, sense of humor, and didn't know a stranger. She touched everyone she met. She loved and adored her entire family. She didn't have enough to say about every single one of them.

She will be forever in our memories.
