"Judith Ann (Brown) Johnson, 71, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away April 17, 2018. She was born August 10th, 1946 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Harry Clifford Brown and Minnie (Laughlin) Brown. Judy was a graduate of Swedish Covenant Hospital School of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois and spent her working life as a Registered Nurse and her entire life as a caregiver to all. In October 1970, she married Ivan Johnson. The two moved to Lakewood in 1972. Judy enjoyed quilting, her bible study group, Journey group and Life group. She spread kindness and encouragement to all who were fortunate enough to know her. She was FarMor (father's mother) to Abigail and Cole Johnson and MorMor (mother's mother) to McKenna and Talon Pardieck. In addition to her grandchildren, Judy is survived by her son, Eric (Jennifer) Johnson; daughter IngaLisa (Douglas) Pardieck; brother Jerry (Connie) Brown; sister Joyce (Bruce) Grimes; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Joe Brown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Collier Hospice Center 3210 Lutheran Parkway Wheatridge, CO 80033.
