Judy Craig

Judy Craig, wife of the late Kenny Craig, passed away on December 23, 2016.

She was born on January 14, 1942 in Columbia, Missouri. The daughter of the late Mitchell Daugherty and Frances Lane Kellner.

She spent her early childhood years in Hallsville, Missouri. Her family moved to Denver in the early 1950's. She attended Lutheran High School until 1958, when at age 16, she married Kenny Craig. A year later they started their family with the birth of the first of their four children.

Loving Great-Grandmother to: Justin, Kiana, Jerome, Nevaeh, Jayden, Elijah, Aleks, Lia, Ema, Micah

Loving Sister to Bob Brown, Ed Daugherty, Trail Daugherty and Ann Blackstone.

Judy was very family-oriented and her primary focus in life was as a loving and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She also spent time working as a Salesperson for Fashion Bar, Manager/Teller at Wells Fargo and as an Accountant for Mariott Corporation.

Judy was a very special person who touched many peoples lives in many ways!!

Gathering of family and friends will begin on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 9:00 am, followed by a Funeral Service at 9:30 am, both at the Newcomer Funeral Home, West Metro Chapel, 901 So. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood.

An escorted funeral procession to Mount Olivet Cemetery, for an 11:00 am Graveside Service, will follow.

A reception at 6200 West Mexico Avenue, Lakewood, will follow the Graveside Service.
