Julia Hagee, 96 of Montrose, Colorado died June 13, 2020. Born April 29, 1924 in Carbondale, Colorado to Henry John and Rosa (Johnston) Henke. She married Dean L. Hagee on October 12, 1943 and they had two children, Dwight L. Hagee and Caroline (Hagee) Johnson.
She worked as a Public School Cook and was an avid gardener, lover of nature and anthing related to the outdoors.
She loved the Lord Jesus and proclaimed his name often.
Julia is survived by her daughter Caroline (Hagee) Johnson, grandchildren Brad, Daniel, Craig, Jennifer and Sarah, great-grandchildren Aaron, Jacob, Matthew, Stuart, Julia, Elizabeth, Hannah, Abigail, Stella, Indigo, and Atticus, and numerous other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Dean L. Hagee, son Dwight L. Hagee and her parents and her five brothers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Camp Eden, 2600 Wadsworth Blvd., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
