Kathryn J. Jeffers, 79, of Edgewater, CO passed away January 6, 2008. Mother of Jeffery J. (Caron) Jeffers and Denise (Bill) Smith. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Daryl Jeffers; 3 brothers, 1 sister and 1 grandson.
Visitation, Thursday from 2:00PM until 6:00PM at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel.
Funeral Services, Friday 11:00AM at Saint Luke's Lutheran Church, 13119 W. 20th Ave., Golden, CO 80401, with Pastor Dwight D. Helmers, officiating. Pallbearers will be Ryan Jeffers, William Smith, V, William Smith, VI, Brian Smith, Barry Fox and Robert Haigh. Services will conclude at the church, followed by a reception luncheon at the American Legion, W. 20th Ave. & Harlan Sts., Edgewater, CO.
Private Interment, Fort Logan National Cemetery.
Those who wish may make memorial gifts to the Lutheran Women's Missionary League, c/o Saint Luke's Lutheran Church.
