Lawrence Gene Grall

July 19, 1943 — July 15, 2024

Lawrence Gene Grall was born on July 19, 1943 in South Bend Indiana and passed away July 15, 2024 in Lakewood, Colorado. Larry was one of six children born to John and Judy Grall he is survived by his three children Regina Hill, Jessica Lease and Matthew Grall, seven beloved grandchildren and his sister Kelley Morse. He will be missed and mourned by numerous friends and nieces and nephews and his family.

Larry's parents moved to Boulder when Larry was in his late teens, his father got a job at Rocky Flats.

Larry studied architecture at C.U and as a young man headed to New York to become a toy designer, he did not become a toy designer but he did fall into his lifetime career, he became a successful tv sales ad man first in New York, then Denver at Channel 4, Channel 2 and as local sales manager at Channel 7. He was the true salesman and for a period of time had a small car lot. Larry was a man ahead of his time, he started a solar company before people were into solar. He was a man who was always willing to help someone both with his time and money.

Next to his family Larry loved golf, he was a member of Rolling Hills Country Club for over 50 years, he was a scratch golfer, had three hole in ones and was able to golf at St. Andrews Scotland. Larry was an athlete, he was an excellent swimmer , as a young man he was a lifeguard at the Boulder Reservoir, his life was full, he rode a Harley and loved each year when his Harley group would donate toys to Children's Hospital.

Larry will be remembered with love and honor as a father, grandfather, brother, uncle, husband and friend. May God be with you, Larry.
