Linda Kaye Summers, a radiant soul whose life a testament to joy and affection, departed this world on October 10, 2024 in Littleton, Colorado, encled by the warmth her beloved family and friends. Born on June 14, 1963, in picturesque town of Ames Iowa, Linda was beacon of light from her earliest days, captivating all those who crossed her path with her vivacious spirit and infectious smile.

A scholar of remarkable achievement, a member of the National Honor Society during her high school years, proudly graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She was a cheerleader at United Community Highschool. Her thirst for knowledge continued as she pursued a Bachelor's degree in psychology, a discipline that not only showcased her keen intellect but also her profound understanding of the human condition.

Linda's interests extended far beyond academia; she possessed a myriad of hobbies that reflected her zest for life. A gifted pianist, she filled the air with melodies that resonated with the joy and beauty of her spirit. Her love for the written word found expression in her avid reading habits, and her fingers danced gracefully over soil as she embraced the nurturing art of gardening. Hiking and traveling allowed her to explore the great outdoors, while intricate crossword puzzles presented her with challenges that she met with delight.

Affectionately known for her strong Irish temper, Linda was also a caring and fun-loving individual, taking nothing personally, yet showering those she loved with warmth and kindness. Her personality was a blend of boundless energy and heartfelt affection, which endeared her to everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Linda is survived by her cherished brother, Bill Doran, and her soulmate and dedicated caregiver, Leigh Dehne, who remained steadfast by her side through life's myriad joys and tribulations. She will be deeply missed by all who were touched by her benevolent spirit and gentle heart.

Though Linda's mother, Wilhelmina Elaine, and father, Robert Gene Doran, have departed this earthly existence, their legacy lives on through the love and kindness that Linda embodied.
