Lois C. Roach

Lois C. Roach was born August 23, 1916 in Dante, Virginia. She joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 12, 2007. She is survived by her only child, Leslie (Bob); 4 grandchildren, Mark, Mary (Antonio), Nancy Christine (Michael) and Steve (Karen) and 9 great-grandchildren.

Lois was a devoted employee of the Rocky Mountain News from 1948-1978. After retiring from the News, she spent much of her time with friends at church and with family. She was eager to travel and would drop everything and go on a moments notice. We took many trips together throughout the U.S. Early morning breakfast cook-outs and drives to see the fall colors in Colorado were favorites. Memories of our times together would fill a book and we thank God for the years we had with her.

Graveside Services and Interment will be at Highland Cemetery, I-25 at 104th, at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 17, 2007.
