Louis Frank Nestor

Louis Frank "Louie" Nestor, 87, of Lakewood, passed away January 16, 2008.

He is survived by wife, Irene Nestor; sons, David (Annie) Nestor and Louis Nestor, Jr.; step-son David Roach; grandchildren, Peter, Jenny and Laura; great-grandaughter, Madison; and sister, Violet Molnar.

Louis was born in Gary, Indiana. He served as a Technical Sergeant in the United States Army during World War II.

He owned and operated the El Ray Electrical Supply Company in Denver for many years.

After selling his business, he was retired and enjoyed trips to Blackhawk and Central City. Louis was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos, and was a season ticket holder for many years.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 22, 2008 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM; Funeral Services will be Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at 12:00Noon, both at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, with Rev. George Anastos, officiating.
Interment, Fort Logan National Cemetery Staging Area "A" at 2:00PM, with Military Honors by the United States Army and the All Veterans Honor Guard.

Following the interment, there will be a reception at the First Plymouth Congregational Church, 3501 So. Colorado Blvd., in Denver.

Those who wish may make memorial gifts to the Alzheimers Association or the American Cancer Society.
