PATTERSON, Lucas Samuel, 35, Left this world May 11, 2022. Lucas was the light of our lives. The kindest, gentlest, loving and giving person we knew. We are devastated to have lost you. No words can be put on paper to describe what a wonderful human being you are. You led a beautiful life and taught us all how to love. We wish you could see how many lives you touched in an amazing way.

The love and forgiveness you unselfishly gave to all is a reminder of how beautiful you are. We are proud to know you and we are better people because of you. The world will miss this beautiful man. You are the brightest star that lights up the night sky. You are no longer in pain and we pray God keeps you in his hands. Rest in peace until we are all together again.

Lucas is survived by his Grandmother Marcella Baca, Mother Luana Patterson, Sister Leah Patterson, her wife Breanna Patterson and 3 children Javier, Noah and Ileahana , Brother Kristopher Patterson and his wife Kristina Patterson and 3 children, Khalayha, Khalyis and Khaseiden, Sister Fedelina Patterson, Nephew Isaiah Patterson, Niece Annabell Patterson, Nephew Isaac Patterson and countless aunts uncles and cousins.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Monday, May 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m., both at Newcomer Funeral Home, 190 Potomac Street, Aurora, CO 80011.
