Lynn Campbell

April 12, 1947 — June 8, 2021

Lynn Campbell, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother died peacefully on June 8, 2021 in Littleton, Colorado.

She was born in Chicago, IL, April 12, 1947 to Jack and Lee Rasmussen. The family moved to San Diego, California when Lynn was a young girl, it was there she spent her childhood. While in San Diego, Lynn married Charles "Butch" Wolfe. From this union, two children were born, Robert (Bobby) and Lori.

Lynn's career started as a 911 dispatcher and then later moved into the financial industry, where she worked for the next 20 years, until she retired in 2013, as a Branch Manager at Credit Union of Denver. She later married her sweetheart, Dennis Campbell in October 2004. Together they spent 25+ years in Lakewood, Colorado where Lynn and Dennis traveled, especially on cruises. Their adventures took them to Alaska, Seattle, Las Vegas, and her favorite being San Diego.

Lynn loved the beach, reading, cooking, and gardening. She could always be found with a book at her side. Lynn loved baseball and collected baseball cards as a young girl. Upon retirement Lynn and Dennis spent their remaining time together on a cruise to Alaska, before Dennis lost his life to cancer. She encouraged her children to be loving and supportive adults. Lynn was truly a gracious and caring woman, loved far and wide! She loved and was loved deeply by her husband and family.

She is survived by her two children Robert Wolfe of Ft. Morgan, Colorado and Lori (Tom) Hibson of Littleton, Colorado; her brother Larry (Karen) Rasmussen of Arizona and sister Mary Wolfe of Nebraska; five grandchildren: Taylor Zoucha, Kasey Wolfe, Michael Zoucha, Michael (Grace) Hibson, Jeff Hibson and Ted (Emalee) Hibson; eleven great-grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis, her parents Jack and Lee, and her sister Judi.

She will be missed dearly by all.
