Margaret Ann Hofford

Margaret "Maggie" Ann Hofford, born on November 11, 1944, in Gatesville, Texas, peacefully passed away on June 14, 2023 in Aurora, Colorado. She was the beloved daughter of Joe and Mickie Miller. Maggie was a loving and devoted mother to three daughters: Jennifer Garza, Lissa Hofford-Hood, and Shelly Hofford.

Maggie's life was marked by patriotism an unwavering dedication to her family. She embraced her role as a mother with boundless love and care, always putting her daughters' well-being above all else. Her spirit and guidance helped shape their lives, and her legacy will forever remain in their hearts.

Maggie is survived by her 99 year old mother, Margaret "Mickie" Miller, her two daughters Jennifer (Frank) Garza, and Lissa Hofford-Hood. Tragically, Maggie experienced the sorrow of losing her cherished daughter, Shelly Hofford, before her own passing. Maggie is also survived by her sister Trease Miller, brothers James and John Miller, the father of her children, John Hofford, granddaughters Madison and Megan Hood and great grandson, Robert Strother IV "Bobby" as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to Shelly, Maggie was preceded in death by her father, Joe Miller, Sister Mary Miller, and brother Buddy Miller. While their absence is deeply felt, their spirits will continue to live on through the cherished memories and stories shared by those who loved them.

As we mourn the loss of Maggie, we find comfort in the countless memories she leaves behind. Her love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to family will forever serve as a guiding light in all that knew her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
