He is survived by 5 children: Yvonne Burns, Conchita Gonzales, Martin Padilla, Larry Padilla, Theresa Padilla; 17 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 4 siblings: Ernie, Adeline, Dolly, and Edwin; cousin: Ophelia; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Leona. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 3rd from 4-6 PM with a Rosary at 5 PM; Funeral Mass will be Thursday, June 4th at 10 AM both at St. Anthony of Padua, 3801 W. Ohio Ave, Denver, CO 80219. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Anthony of Padua Poor Box, 3801 W. Ohio Avenue, Denver, CO 80219.
