Maria Victoria "Vickie" Martinez, of Denver, was born on June 2, 1929 in La Jara, Colorado and passed away February 24, 2008, in Denver, Colorado. She was 78.
Mrs. Martinez was married to Noverto Martinez, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Martinez worked at Denver Health Medical Center for many years before her retirement.
She is survived by her children, Sylvia, Dolly, John, Leoma, Ron, Robert and Jesse; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; 3 sisters and numerous other family members.
Memorial Service, Saturday 11:00AM at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, with Rev. Martin Hunkler officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
