In Memory of Marie A. Grow
Born on June 22nd 1947 in Hammond, Indiana and passed on June 17th at 11:52pm in her home in Thornton, Colorado. At her side were her husband Jeff and their daughter Kelly A. Boley of Riverview, Florida. She was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in October of 2022 and decided to fight it with prayer and treatment. Marie and her husband Jeff gave their lives to Christ on April 27th of 1977. She was a secretary for most of her life and spent several years working for the Gates Rubber Company in Denver. Her most valued activity was ministering to children starting in 1978 in Grand Junction, Colorado where she worked with The Good News Club through CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship) sharing the Gospel with children. She continued until she was not physically able sometime in early 2023. For years she also taught a women’s Bible study.
Marie’s father Frank Trzupek of Hegewisch, Illinois passed in May of 1977. Her mother Stella Trzupek passed in April of 2011 in Littleton, Colorado. Her brother Frankie Trzupek of Reno, Nevado passed in 2012. Marie has 6 siblings that are living. Sister Barbara Fillippo of Hegewisch, Illinois, sister Roseanne Grow of Littleton, Colorado, brother Tony Trzupek of Sacramento, California, sister Dora Opiola of Illinois, sister Joette Cross of Littleton, Colorado and brother David Trzupek of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She has granddaughters Asriel of Jackson, Missouri, Tori Boley of Apollo Beach, Florida, Halie Boley of Riverview, Florida, Salem Grow of Eagle River, Alaska and Shiloh Grow also from Eagle River, Alaska and one great granddaughter Paisley Rose Boley of Riverview, Florida.
Marie and Jeff had one son Keith G. Grow, 54 of Eagle River, Alaska and one daughter Kelly A. Boley 51 of Riverview, Florida that are living. Her husband Jeff Grow, 78 resides in Thornton, Colorado. They were married on September 27th 1966 in Nurnberg, Germany. They had met in Burnham, Illinois at a friend’s house on December 5th 1964. Marie had written a biography of herself in 2015 and copies have been given to her siblings. A precious, faithful and loving wife that I will see again. Jeff
