Marilyn Louise Brewer was born August 7, 1935, to Lawrence White and Hazel Kerst in Knoxville, IA.

Marilyn had 3 sisters Darlene, Betty, and Mildred, and 2 adopted sisters Pam and Pat.

Marilyn didn't like her name, so she went by Lynne. She actually had many names, some called her Lynne, some called her sis, the one she liked best that she came up with was Precious.

Lynne was raised in Knoxville by her dad Lawrence. She graduated in Knoxville. She then moved to Oregon to be with her mom and stepdad Orlie. Then they moved to Yuma, CO. From there she moved to
Denver where she met her Husband Bob, and they had a son Larry who was born July 4th, 1958. She loved her son so much.

Lynne worked for many years at an oil company in downtown Denver she also worked at Decca Records.

Lynne loved to sing every time she heard music she would start singing and she had she a beautiful voice, her favorite artist was Elvis.

Lynne actually recorded a song with 2 other ladies.

Lynne also used to play a ukulele. Whenever trips to Yuma were made, she always took her Ukulele and played it and sang songs all the way to and from. Her niece Mikki remembers one song in particular called
"Gilly, gilly, Ossenfeffer Katzenellan Bogen by the Sea" when Lynne was in Swedish Medical Center right before being admitted to memory care her niece Mikki went to see her and stared singing that song and Lynne started singing with her immediately, she remembered every word.

A couple nights before Lynne passed her nephew Bobby went to see her, he called Mikki and Pat on the phone, and she was listening to Frank Sinatra and of course singing.

Lynne also loved family picnic's she loved to go to Washington park.

Lynne was admitted to Rocky Mountain Memory Care in Wheat Ridge, CO in March 2020. The facility took such great care of her, and they loved her.

On October 7th she took a fall and broke her hip. She passed away the morning of October 15th.

Lynne will be deeply missed
