Mario B. Lopez aka "Lumpy" 67 of Denver, went to be with the Lord April 6, 2023. He was born to Mario P. Lopez and Elena P. Amador on May 1, 1955 in Greeley, CO.
He is survived by his wife Joyce M. Lopez, daughter Melissa R. Lopez, Daughter and Son-in-law Mandy L. Lopez-Miramontes and David Miramontes. Sisters Dinah Lopez, Cynthia Sauers and Brother Thomas Lopez. He is preceded in death by his sister Christina Garcia. He is also survived by 4 Step children, Milo R. Galindo who passed in June his wife Christina Galindo, Anthony Galindo, wife Monica Galindo William Hagan Jr., wife Tawny Jensen Hagan and Marie Galindo and their children, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mario played baseball in his younger years with several different teams in Northern Colorado where he received multiple trophies.
He loved rock and country music, classic muscle cars, hot wheels and also had a love for animals.
Mario worked for Garzas Concrete Structures for about 40 years where he became a friend to many.
Until recently Mario became ill and his health declined quickly and passed suddenly. He is now home with loved ones who have passed, we will miss you and always love you. Until we meet again R.I.P.
