Mark A. Ramage

Mark Ramage, 56, of Centennial, Co. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 3,2009 after he lost his courageous battle with Cancer. He is survived by his two daughters Jennifer and Samantha, two son in laws Bryce and Michael, 2 Grandsons Bryce Jr, and Rylan, 2 Granddaughters Brianna and Sydney all from Centennial, Co. Sister Dianne, Brother in law Steve Bergman, of Gretna, NE. Nieces Kim Bergman of Washington DC, Kelly Bergman of East Bay, CA. He is also survived by his beloved Aunt, Darlene Robbins of Omaha, NE. Mark was proceeded in death by his loving parents Calvin and Corrine Ramage of Omaha NE, his son Michael Ramage and many other beloved family and friends.
Although Mark loved his hometown of Omaha, NE he relocated to Littleton, CO in the late 70's after his marriage to Kimberly Knight (Vigil) and the birth of his daughter Jennifer. After the birth of his daughter Samantha (1983) and his divorce in 1995 Mark moved to Denver, CO. where he resided until 2007 when he then moved to Centennial, CO to be closer to family. Mark was an incredibly sweet, generous man who loved spending time with his daughters, son in laws and grandchildren. Mark loved to make the trip home to Nebraska whenever possible to be with his Sister Dianne, Brother in law Steve, his Aunt Darlene and long time friends. He was an avid Denver Bronco and Nebraska Cornhusker fan. Mark was diagnosed with Throat Cancer in July 2009. He was admitted into St. Josephs Hospital in Denver, Co on August 18th 2009 where he began his treatments. Even though there were several complications Mark battled his illness in the hospital with a sense of humor and character that his friends and family know and love. Mark was admitted to Denver Hospice on November 10th 2009 and passed away peacefully on December 3 2009. Marks battle with Cancer was just a small chapter of his extraordinary life, he was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

There will be a celebration of Marks life at Newcomer Funiral Home - West Metro Chapel, 901 south Sheridan Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80226. Reception following service will be held at 6861 S. Franklin St., Centennial, Co.
