You gave and showed love like no other!

Mark started working for The City of Littleton at the young age of 18 and retired as the ground's supervisor at the age of 50 in 2015. Every Christmas, he directed the giant task of hanging all the beautiful lights along Main Street in downtown Littleton.

Mark made several close friends while working at the City of Littleton and enjoyed going camping and having cook outs with them. He loved working on cars, tinkering in his garage, hunting, camping, fishing, 4 wheeling and just enjoying the great outdoors with his family and friends. Mark had a great love for his animals, His cat MIB and his 3 dogs, JR, Buddy and Macy, he would take them everywhere with him. Their favorite destination was his trailer in Otter Creek, on Lake McConaughey which he shared with his best friend from childhood, Joe Dryer.

Everyone loved Mark, he had the most wonderful, huge loving heart, and was always willing to help everyone when they needed it. He also built a close bond with his neighbors, and was always making sure he was helping them out and lending them a hand with anything they needed. He and his neighbor, John were especially close.

Mark had a great love for music. There was never a party, or BBQ at his home, or camping without Dwight Yokum, The Eagles, Foreigner, Def Leppard or something lively while he entertained with his great food and sarcastically hilarious sense of humor. He had such a wonderful warmth about him, a sincere friendliness. If you were lucky enough to know him, you were embraced with that love, and so fortunate to have shared it. He was so loved, and will be greatly missed by everyone, and remembered, always.

Marks Memorial and Celebration of life will be planned on a later date. If you would like to attend please email his niece Lori Imrie at marielori67@gmail.com and we will make sure to contact you when we have the special date planned.
