Marsha Kaye Cooper

Marsha Cooper, 59, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away on 18 September 2021. She was born
to parents Marvin Cooper and Janice Innis, on 11 May 1962 in Des Moines, Iowa.
Marsha was a boss. She came into this world and left it, being 100% herself. She did what she
wanted when she wanted. If she struggled getting to her goals, she prayed on them and found
solutions to obtain those goals. Marsha was hardworking, God fearing and the most courageous
woman I knew. One of her best qualities was having a loving soul. It would surround you with
love and happiness the moment you met her. Her kids (aside from God) were always a main
priority in her life. That included all her "adopted" kids. She was always there to listen and share
words of wisdom.
Marsha enjoyed spending time with her puppies: Hotchi, Mocha, Tanner and Lily. She enjoyed
making people laugh. She always had a joke or prank up her sleeve. She loved to travel, sing,
play board games and most of all binge watch "Criminal Minds," "Chicago Fire," and "Chicago
PD." Marsha was a loving mother, sister, aunt, daughter and friend, who will always be missed.
Marsha is survived by Brother, John Cooper; Son, Renard Cooper; Daughter, LaShae Bond;
Son, Christopher Wayner; Daughter, Natalie Cooper.
She was preceded in death by Father, Marvin Cooper; Mother, Janice Innis; Sister, Tammy
Taylor.
The family has entrusted Newcomer with the arrangements. Her public viewing is scheduled for
October 5, 2021 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Newcomer, 190 Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80011. Marsha's
home going is scheduled for October 6, 2021 @ 10:00 am at Restoration Christian Fellowship,
15660 E. 6th Ave, Aurora, CO 80011. A reception will follow at Del Mar Park. Elder Patricia will
officiate the ceremony
