On Monday April 26, 2010, Mary Fern Watson Erwin went to be with her father in heaven.

Mary was born on November 21, 1932 in Willow Springs, MO. She leaves behind a loving husband Henry O. Erwin of Westminster, CO; son David Frans Simmons and his wife Merlene "Sam" of Rosewell, NM; son Joe Simmons of Caldwell, ID; Tim Lopez of Boise, ID; step-daughter Kim Padilla and husband Manny; grandsons Tanner and Ron Henry of Wheat Ridge, CO; step-son Clifford and wife Diane of Commerce City, CO; grandchildren Andy and Tonya Page of Oregon and Paul Page of ID; niece Wilma Beckman of Willow Springs, MO; Bob and Loretta Kometcher of Commerce City, CO and numerous friends.

Mary loved to help everyone, and loved to be loved by all. She greatly enjoyed collecting porcelain and other kinds of dolls.

Family and friends will miss her. But she will be forever in their hearts, as the doll lady with the warm smile and hug.

The viewing will be held Sunday May 2, 2010, 1-5 P.M. at Newcomer West Metro Chapel. Interment Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 10:30 AM Ft. Logan National Cemetery, staging area "B".

The family wishes to express a debt of gratitude to all those at St. Anthony's Central Hospital who contributed to making Mary's last days unique.
