Obituary for "Our Mother"
Mary H. Romero (Moya) passed away Wednesday morning, December 3, 2008. Through her faith and inner strength she endured multiple strokes and other physical ailments. She was the beloved mother of Rebecca, Joey, David, Rozanne, Suzanne, Nickie, Kiko, and Ricardo. She has several grandchildren who reside in Denver and California. She was blessed with two great grandchildren before she passed away. Mary H. Romero (Moya) was born on May 29, 1923 in Denver, Colorado and lived her entire life in the Denver area. She is survived by her sister, Lucy Cordova and brother, Ben Moya who also live in Denver. She enjoyed playing Bingo, cards and being with her family. Through tough love and caring she helped her children. She touched many lives in many different ways. She will be missed by family and friends. She loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, son and daughter-in-laws.

God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be,
so He put His arms around you,
and whispered, "Come to Me."
With tearful eyes we
watched you,and saw you pass away,
and though we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove
He only takes the best.
