Mary "Mollie" Henning, 93, of Denver, passed away August 25, 2018.
She was born November 2, 1924 in Horseleap, County Westmeath, Ireland, the daughter of Michael and Kate (Tracy) Galvin.
She was a graduate of Moate National School in Ireland.
Mollie was happily married to Arthur Henning for 25 years.
Mollie enjoyed knitting. She also enjoyed traveling, has traveled to all 50 states in the U.S. and enjoyed visiting her family in Ireland. She also enjoyed Ceilidhs at pubs.
Mollie was a parishioner at Notre Dame Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Denver Irish Club.
Mollie is survived by two sons, Lawrence "Larry" (Jo-Ann) Egan and Brendan (Sheri) Egan; two grandchildren, Gregory Egan and Kerry (George) Wittmann; great-grandchild, George Wittmann, IV; brother, Lawrence (Margaret) Galvin; sister, Jane Brandt and many nieces, nephews and extended family both in the United States and Ireland.
She is preceded in death by father, Michael Galvin; mother, Kate Galvin; first husband, John Egan; daughter, Maureen Egan; second husband, Arthur Henning; sister, Chrissie Conroy; brother, Michael Galvin and companion, Jack Helm.
