Matthew Xavier Juarez

May 4, 1980 — December 6, 2021

Matthew Xavier Juarez came into the world on May 4, 1980 at 6:00 pm, the beloved son of Orlinda Carol Lopez and Rafael Juarez.

Matthews first word was "ball." As a child, Matthew enjoyed riding his many Diamondback and BMX bikes learning to do tricks on them, riding big wheels, dirt bikes, skating, dancing, playing with his toy guns, watching movies: Ninja Turtles, He-Man, Thunder Cats…Hanging out with his older sister and brother and cousins being the youngest trying to fit in with the older kids. Matthew first met his love of his life Michah in the sixth grade at Kepner Middle School where he would pick on her because he liked her and didn't know how to express his feelings quite yet. Matthew attended Englewood Alternative High School where he started dating his now wife Michah at the age of seventeen; they were high school sweethearts. He told her that he knew she would be his wife and loved her since the sixth grade when he first laid eyes on her.

At a young age Matthew was very determined young man he had many traits in his younger years his first job was at fifteen years old at Lakeside. After that he was a prep cook for two nursing homes, he worked at a gas station, he worked as a bank teller, and then came his love for cement he started pumping concrete for Patriot, then later pumped concrete for O'Brien, and Southwest. He loved to say "Pump It Baby!" Pumping concrete started the love for cement work he had. He then started his own business with his wife All Seasons Construction which has been successful for eleven years. It was a game changer for him realizing how good he can do working for himself. He would say I love being my own boss making my own schedule, I could never go back to working for someone else! He truly loved having his own business and was definitely made for it! It was hard work long hours but he never seemed to mind. He came home every day with a smile always so happy. He loved being able to provide well for his family.

He married his high school sweetheart Michah on September 17, 2001 after being engaged to her for four years. On April 11, 2005 after being married four years Matthew & Michah welcomed their son Elijah Matthew Juarez he completed their family of three, a perfect trio. Matthew often said that Elijah was the best blessing he had ever received, he loved being a Dad. And was an awesome Dad, the best Dad, he was Elijah's hero. There is nothing he wouldn't do for his family. Matthew loved and cherished his son Elijah so much he was very proud of him. Elijah truly was his pride and joy they hold a bond so tight even heaven can't separate them he will forever live in their hearts and memories.

He loved riding he recently purchased a new Harley Davidson Road King dark red such a beautiful bike he looked so good on it. He planned on riding it this year with his Santa suit that he wore every year for the family. He often told his wife as she rode right beside him or in front of him how much he loved riding with her that he was so proud and loved watching people react to her on a bike. He just got a new big engine put in his 1977 Ford F-150 Ranger XLT he was so happy with how much power it had he loved that old white Ford that he named Cody.

Matthew loved four wheeling in his Jeep's in the mountains with family and friends he also loved Black Hawk and the mountains. He loved going hunting in the mountains with his best friend / brother Anthony. He just loved being in the Colorado mountains.

Matthew loved dogs he always said if a dog doesn't like them somethings wrong. He loved his huskies Korra & Kiba dearly spoiled them and loved holding and cuddling them whenever he had the chance. They miss him so much and are patiently waiting for him to come home. They are howling more than ever for Matthew he will forever be missed from the Juarez wolf pack but will be with them forever in spirit.

Matthew will be missed dearly by all his family and friends everyone Matthew met liked him he was such a people person always the loudest in the room. He could say one thing and make everyone in the room smile in an instant. There is nothing he didn't know how to do or fix. If he didn't know how to do it, he would find out and be great at it. Wise beyond his years and an old soul who will be missed so very much by all who had the pleasure of meeting him. He would do anything for his family and friends. He had such a big heart and was very giving. We will miss the spark his eyes had for life and those that he loved.

Matthew went to be with the Lord on December 6, 2021, surrounded by family & friends who loved him very much. It broke are hearts for him to leave us and we miss him more every day but know he will never truly leave us because he lives in our hearts & memories, we carry every day. He is welcomed in heaven by his grandmother Estella Salas and Grampsy Bobby Salas, Uncle Mario Lopez and many other family & friends that have passed on as well as beloved dogs.
