Survived by husband Bradley Chadez; daughter Sophia Rose Chadez; parents Roger and Sharon Cleveland; sister Amy Cleveland. Celebration of Megan's life will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11 AM at Englewood Elks Lodge 3690 S. Jason St., Englewood, CO. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sophia Rose Chadez education fund.
