Michael Solomon Sheriff

64, of Denver, passed away Friday February 3, 2023

He was born to the late , Mariama Sheriff and Kardoma Sheriff on February 20,1958 in Torma Bum, Bonthe District, Sierra Leone. Michael received a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He married Victoria Emmanuel-Sheriff in 2012 in Houston, Tx and they lived together there until 2015 when they relocated back to Denver, Colorado.

Michael was a RTD worker and an owner of his own limo company. Him and his wife founded a school for underprivileged children in Sierra Leone called Victoria's place.

Michael was a member of Denver South Seventh Day Adventist Church where he was an ordained deacon. He loved soccer and spending time with loved ones and friends. He also enjoyed traveling to Africa with his wife for vacation.

He is survived by his wife Victoria Emmanuel Sheriff.

Four children Africia Baimba/Rue, Thecia Sheriff (Hawa), Sierra Sheriff, and Suliman Sheriff.

Five Adopted children Mohammed Gumel, Nana Gumel, Khadija Gumel, Moses Chibueze Mike Sheriff and Joshua Onyeuwaoma Mike Sheriff. Three Stepchildren Elizabeth Emmanuel, Florence Emmanuel, and Michael Emmanuel.

Six grandchildren Simetria Griffin, Davon Mims, Trevion Sheriff, Ethan McDavis, Noah McDavis, and Trevelle Bush and only surviving sister Yeama Sarah Sheriff.
