Mildred has a brother George Brown of Ponca City, OK and sister Mary Behr of Thousand Palms, CA., many nieces and nephews.

Lived in the North Denver area until 1998 when she became a resident of Kindred Health Care. She was an active volunteer for the Parkinsons' Research Foundation and a member of the Kindred Kuties, associated with the Red Hat Society.

Retired from Denver Public Schools as a Food Service Manager after 27 years.
Faithful active member of North Federal (Bethany) Baptist Church for over 50 years.

Mildred enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed gardening and sewing. Mildred was an avid dog lover and always had one living with her. Mildred was always willing to help with community projects whenever needed.
