Mildred Tapia

Mildred Yvonne Tapia, age 48, of Denver, Colorado, entered into Heaven on Friday, April 15, 2022. She was born on July 26, 1973 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Pauline "Becky" (Marquez) and Olmedo Tapia.

Survivors include her husband, Paulo Montellano; daughter, Fransisca (Aaron Abrego) Montellano; son, Pablo (Valerie Zarate) Montellano; grandchildren, Sophia Abrego, Pablo Montellano, Jr. and Ismael Montellano; a special niece, Laraja Marquez; sisters, Tina (Louis) Martinez, Georgina "Diane" Perez; brothers, Eugene (Melissa Tapia Campoz) Tapia, David Tapia and Leonard Marquez. She had many nieces, nephews, cousins and long-time friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Martin Marquez.

Rosary will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, May 6, 2022 at St. Cajetan's Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will be held in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
