Millard "Dale" Finch
Dale passed away October 17, 2007 in Greeley, CO at the age of 73. He was born August 10, 1934 in Fairplay, MO, to Orman & Beva Finch. Dale moved to Colorado with his family from Missouri to Colorado in 1938. He grew up on the farm in Deer Park, and graduated from Oak Creek High School in 1952. In 1957 he served in the US Air Force for 4 years where he was stationed in the Philippines and in California. He was honorably discharged for the Air Force in 1961. He married Barbara Williams in 1958, and from that union they had 3 children. After serving his country, he moved to Utah and then back to Colorado in 1964 to raise his family and run Restaurant Services. Dale retired in 1992 and moved to Greeley where he spent his time with his family and friends. Dale gave unconditional love to all his friends and family. Dales is survived by his daughter, Gwyn Ellen Finch of Ft. Lupton, CO, 2 sons, David & Randy Finch of Grand Junction, CO, 4 sisters, Mary Alice Fornash of Denver, CO, Shirley Blakeman of Denver, CO, Linda McFarland of Windsor, CO, and Barbara Gates of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Jacob Holder, JD Finch, Mike Finch, Heather Finch, and Jamie Finch, 3 great grandchildren, Jacob Levi Holder, Jr., Joey Lee Finch, and Jazmin Rose Finch. Dale is preceded in death by his parents, Orman and Beva Finch, 1 brother, Frank, and 1 sister, Euleta.
