Molly E. Brison

Molly Eileen McGrath was born 1 of 9 children in Luton, England, right at the end of World War II. She attended neighborhood schools, graduating in 1961. She worked at several local factories. She met and married Gary Brison, an American Airman in 1967. They moved to Washington state, where her daughter, Elizabeth, was born in 1972. Molly worked mainly in the medical field as a medical assistant and phlebotomist.

The family moved to Lakewood, Co. in 1975. There, Molly went to beauty school. She eventually ran her own beauty shop, and taught cosmetology to vocational high school students. She then worked for several years in an English tea shop, charming the customers, who loved being called 'Luvvy'.

Elizabeth married Jason Stormoen. Several years later, two grandsons, Hunter, and Gavin were born. As all English grandmothers, Molly was 'Nannie' to the boys. She cared for both of them from infancy to the present while their parents worked. Shortly after the boys began school, Molly's health failed. She continued to help with them nearly to the time of her untimely death. She always considered this to be the most important job she ever did.

Molly is survived by her husband, daughter, son-in-law, two grandsons, a sister, Cathy, who lives in Colorado Springs, sisters Anne, Patricia & Maureen, two brothers, Caven and Colin, in England. She has an extended family of in-laws, nieces and nephews in both countries.
