Norman Thomas Williams was born on July 11, 1960, the fifth child of Norman K. and Rose M. (Kissner) Williams. His nickname was “Tuffy” because of his square build and determination. Norm was always inquisitive. His interests were varied; Taekwondo, archery, astronomy, World War II aircraft, fly tying, music and fishing, always going “all in”. He loved being outside and being active. He worked for Dick Brickell and Sons for 44 years. The job suited him well as he liked to be on the move, checking job sites, hands-on installation and training, and always a new project to tackle. He built and engineered hand-layed natural rock walls, always proud of his accomplishment. He was patriotic and proudly wore his Dad's WWII flight jacket with “Norm” and a P-47 enblazened on the back. He spent many evenings enjoying live music played by his favorite rock bands, arriving early to help with set-up and sound checks. He loved his wife, Carol, and daughter, Lisa and was looking forward to retirement in Florida to be near his cherished grandsons, Cayden, Conner and Caleb. Sadly, he passed away in mid-December of 2024 and that dream will not be fulfilled. Rest in Peace Norm. When we look to those heavens you loved to explore we will be looking for you.
