Of Denver, was born November 24, in Denver, Colorado and passed away Feb. 6, 2010. After graduating from Manuel High School in Denver, she moved to California to further her education at college. While in California, Faye came in contact with Jehovah's Witnesses. As she learned the theocratic education, Faye made the truth her own, symbolizing her dedication to Jehovah God on August 16, 1968.
Faye served many years throughout Michigan, Kentucky, California, and many other states as a regular pioneer (full-time minister) teaching others about the wonderful hope of everlasting life on a paradise earth.
She is survived by her husband, Allen; mother, Jennie Carter; children, Shjna (Michael) Simmons, Cjadek, and Teresa; grandchildren, Kayla, Jordann, and Ajza Simmons; siblings, Donna (Melvin) Banks, Devora (Gregory) Barnes, Jonetia (Melvin) Lawrence, and Millard Carter, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Sharon (Jimmy) Gates, Peter Banks, Michael Banks, Leah Banks (Raymond), Gregory Jr. (Elesia) Barnes, and Jennifer Lawrence (Mati), one grandniece and six grandnephews, many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Millard Carter and son, David Charles Burch.
