Orphie Leona Sitkoski

Orphie Leona Sitkoski passed away peacefully in her Denver home on February 2, 2021, at the age of 80. She was born in Oak Park, Illinois on February 21st, 1940, and was adopted by her loving parents Orpha Boes-LaMuth & Frank "Finn" LaMuth whom she loved dearly. From the experience of adoption, she learned to love openly and as an adult opened her home to anyone in need.

Orphie was a colorful, loving, and peaceful person and she loved her family with all her heart. She was a wonderful cook, renowned for her pancakes and fudge. She loved music, dancing, skiing, motorcycling, and animals of all kinds but especially her dogs.

Orphie is survived by her three children Gino Sitkoski, Jody Sitkoski, Audrey Sitkoski-Simon, 13 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers please donate to Alzheimer's research or Animal Adoption. Orphie will be laid to rest in the Quinnesec, Michigan Cemetery next to her mother.
