Patricia Ann Lanier

Patricia grew up in Denver and was educated at Front Range Community College and Metro State College, earning Bachelor of Science Degrees in Criminology and Nursing. James and Patricia enjoyed 19 happy years of marriage. Her many talents were apparent in the crafts she so lovingly made for her friends and relatives. She was loved and adored by many. Patricia went to be with the Lord on April 5, 2009. She was the mother of Tammera D. Sewell of Houston, TX & Mary T. Sewell of Austin, TX, sister of Frederick Smith of Lake Havasu, AZ, Mattie L. (Ruben) Jones, Donald Smith, Robert R. Smith, all of Denver, CO, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, James H. Smith. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Denver Gospel Church, P.O. Box 300335, Denver, CO 80203.
