Patricia Evans (58) from Bennett, Colorado born on May 20, 1965 passed away with her family by her side on December 14, 2023 in Denver, Colorado. Pat was born in Ogden, Utah as the third child to Gary and Kathy Goldsberry. In 2021 she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and as of December 8, 2023 she was two years cancer free.
Pat graduated from Bear Creek High School in 1983 with her high school diploma. In 1988 she graduated from Barnes Business College with an accounting degree. In 1984 she met the love of her life Randy Evans. They married on September 8, 1985. The couple has three daughters: Courtney Evans, Elizabeth Evans, and Alicia (Evans) Patel.
Pat spent her life doing the things she loved. She enjoyed traveling, sports, crafting, counted cross stitch, reading and a good bubble bath. She shared her love of travel with her husband Randy and was often joined in the travels by her children and grandchildren. They loved camping, road trips and most especially cruises. September 2023 she and Randy had just returned home from a two-week cruise to Alaska celebrating their 38th wedding anniversary.
Second to traveling would be Pat's passion for sports. Being season ticket holders for many years, she loved attending and watching the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Rockies games. She shared her passion for sports with her grandchildren and loved above all else to be at their events. Whether it was a swim meet or a baseball game, you could hear her and Randy cheering for them throughout the entire event.
Pat is survived by her husband Randy Evans. Her three daughters: Courtney Evans and her significant other Jeremy Walter, Elizabeth Evans, and Alicia Patel and her husband Manish Patel. Her grandchildren: Madelyn Kirks, Trevor Evans, and Justin Evans. Her parents Gary and Kathy Goldsberry. Her siblings: Gary (Mike) Goldsberry, Kelli Kelley and her husband Wayne Kelley, and Kristi Goldsberry. Her sister in law Tammy Theis. Along with four nephews, one niece and other extended family and friends who loved and cared deeply for her. Pat is preceded in death by her in laws (Orville Oscar Evans and JoAnne Evans), her sister in law (Reyna Humphry) and brother in law (Robert Theis).
