Patrick is survived by Son, Sean (Deanna) Kelly; Parents, James "Pat" & Jacqueline Kelly; Brother, James Michael "Mick" (Patricia) Kelly; Sister, Karen Marie (Don) Stanek; Companion, Shane Mannon; Numerous Extended Family.
