Paul Dean Nichols, 77, of Aurora, passed away July 21, 2020.
He was born July 6, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Paul and DeLois (Nicholson) Nichols. He was a graduate of East High School in 1961.
On November 28, 1970, he married Zach Evelyn Jones.
He was a business owner working multiple facets within the bowling industry.
Paul was an avid bowler and was a member of the Denver USBC Hall of Fame and also the Colorado State Hall of Fame. He was also a member of the Professional Bowler's Association (PBA). He holds multiple titles with the Rocky Mountain Senior Bowler's Tour as well as many national rings for high-scoring accomplishments. Paul also enjoyed golf as well as watching his grandchildren participate in sports. He loved playing cards as well as trips to Black Hawk and Central City.
Paul is survived by his wife of 49 1/2 years, Zach Evelyn Nichols; son, Christopher (Kari) Nichols; daughter, Tracie (Bradley) Rohr; four grandchildren, Zachary Nichols, Taylor Nichols, Ashley Rohr and Hailey Rohr; brother, Steven (Desiree) Nichols; niece, Kori Nichols and nephew, Ryan Nichols.
He is preceded in death by father, Paul Norman Nichols and mother, DeLois Nichols.
