Paula Denise Trujillo

Paula Denise Trujillo, age 70, loving mother of three, and adoring wife to husband Leroy Trujillo, passed away on the afternoon of June 10th, 2022. Paula was born on December 17th, 1951 in Ohio where she grew up with an amazing family including two sisters Marla Broderick and Diana Chapman. Paula was influenced a lot by her father who taught her to be the most tomboy girl you have ever seen. She loved anything outdoors including camping and fishing which she incorporated into her motherhood and to her grandchildren. Paula gave birth to three children Tamara Bartz, Christopher Devich and Matthew Devich. As a mother, she was generous and kind but she also would lay down the law if need be. She later became a grandmother to ten grandchildren whom she loved with all of her heart. She met her husband Leroy and with a lot of hard work and dedication she fell in love. They married in 1982 and from there they started their amazing 40 year journey together. In her free time she enjoyed writing, gardening and spending time with her loved ones. She will be greatly missed by her family.

Paula is survived by her husband Leroy Trujillo, sister Marla Broderick , daughter Tamara Bartz, Grandchildren Tori Burback, Brittany Evans, Jenna Schmidt, Kela Dean, Brianna Devich, Morgan Devich, Madison Devich, Christopher Devich Jr., Matthew Devich Jr., Megan Devich and many great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her mother and father Imogene and Paul Gabbard, sister Diana Chapman and also both of her sons Christopher and Matthew Devich.

There will be a service for those who would like to say their last goodbye to Paula on July 9th, 2022 at 901 South Sheridan Blvd Lakewood, CO 80226 at 10am followed by a reception.
