Pedro was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico where he attended College and then went on to join the Military and finish his Associates and Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering. He completed his basic training at Fort Campbell Kentucky and from there he went to the Gulf war. He was stationed overseas in Heidelberg, Germany for 3 years where he Met Moya and they were Married in 1993. They had their first born Son Miguel and at the end of that tour he was stationed back in the USA to Fort Bragg North Carolina where he served in the XV111 Airborne Corps 82nd division. In 1996 Tia was born and that same year he was offered another overseas assignment in England at Menwith hill Station.

In 1998 Pedro was offered early retirement on medical ground and left the Military after 12 years of Service. He then relocated back to the USA with his family and they spent some time with his Brother Jorge and his wife and Children whilst Pedro found a civilian contracting job working for the Government. His job was in LA California where he worked and lived with is family for almost a year and then he was contracted as a civilian back at Menwith hill again in the U.K.

He stayed there living and working for 19 years and in that time he and Moya were divorced but stayed good friends raising their two children.
Tia then moved to Colorado for Collage and decided to stay there and Pedro relocated with his Job to be close to her. In 2017 Pedro and Moya reconnected again but had never lost contact, living apart with plans to be together in Colorado in the future. Pedro had made many friend and Co workers over the years in The USA Army, Germany and the U.K. and made many more in Aurora, including Tia's closest friends. Pedro was a Great man of Integrity and Strength and was Loyal to his Family and Friends and all the people that knew him Loved and Cared for him dearly! He was Compassionate and Kind and had the Largest of Hearts, just always had a big Fun Loving Character with a matching personality! You could Always count on Pedro especially if you were his Family or a good Friend! He was Always there for you and Loved Whole Heartedly. He was Happy and Alway Positive with such a great Love for Life which clearly shines from him with his Wonderful Smile Always on his Handsome Face!

He enjoyed relaxing playing Golf or practice at the shooting range and loved his Music, especially Salsa and Dance which he really has the moves.
He worked so hard for his Family so over the past couple of years didn't get much free time but when he did he dedicated his time to Tia, her circle of good people and their fur Babies, Calvin, Fred, Ryder and Pebbles who he Adored!

Pedro's departure from Life has left a huge Emptiness that we will never fill and his Familia and friends will be heartbroken forever.
