He was born December 20, 1930 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Peter J. Seurer and Charlotte Mae Seurer.
He was a graduate of North High School.
On December 2, 1950, he married Gretchen J. (Salter) Seurer.
Peter was a member of the Denver Fireman's Retirement Association. He was also a member of the Arvada Elks Camping Club, American Legion and United States Air Force Veteran.
Peter put his family first above all else. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, son, father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great- grandfather, brother, uncle, co-worker and friend. Peter was an entrepreneur and maverick in all aspects of his life starting at a very young age.
Peter is survived by three Daughters, Gretchen (Jeff) Robb, Mary Mason and Paula (Mark) Guercio; Six Grandchildren, John (Theodora) Mason, Kristen Carpino, Rebecca (Matthew) Pommer, Mark J. Guercio, Tyler Mason, Aaron Guercio; Five Great-Grandchildren, Savanah Gomez, Alexandria Ybarra, Santiago Ybarra, Ava Mason and Lilah Pommer; great-great-grandchild, Isidro Ybarra; Nieces, Cheryl, Laura, Camille, and Dawn; Nephews Scott and David.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years Gretchen J. Seurer, Father, Peter J. and Mother Charlotte M. Seurer, Sister Patricia Anderson and brother-in-law Charles Anderson.
