Priscilla Rosalie Chavez

May 25, 1942 — January 3, 2025

Denver

Priscilla Rosalie Chavez, a vibrant soul born on May 25, 1942, in Denver, Colorado, gracefully transitioned from this life on January 3, 2025, surrounded by the love she so effortlessly gave to others. A woman of remarkable warmth and spirit, Priscilla always had a beautiful smile on her face, complemented by her perfectly done hair and nails, which reflected her loving personality.

Described as very sweet and thoughtful, Priscilla possessed an innate ability to care for those around her. Her love for her grandchildren was particularly profound, as she cherished every moment spent with them. With a strong spirit that shone through even the toughest of times, she faced sickness with admirable resilience, never allowing it to dampen her caring nature.

Priscilla was more than just a mother and grandmother; she was the heart of her family. Priscilla was first born to a close knit family where she had 9 siblings, 2 sisters, and 7 brothers. She was a great help to her parents, helping raise her younger siblings who she loved dearly. She prided herself on her cooking and baking, with everyone knowing that if you had a meal prepared by her, you were in for a delightful treat. “Everybody loved her food,” a testament to her culinary talents, and it was not uncommon for family gatherings to revolve around the delicious dishes she served.

Her interests were as colorful as her personality. Known for her love of dancing and the beach, she often dreamed of returning to the shores that brought her joy. The color yellow and butterflies adorned her home, a true reflection of her sunny disposition. Whether shopping for treasures or indulging in her favorite Pepsi, Priscilla embraced life wholeheartedly, embracing both the simple pleasures and the beauty of every moment.

Priscilla now rejoins her beloved husband, Bob, and her cherished son, Robbi, in eternal peace. Left to honor her memory are her devoted daughter, Bonnie, her grandsons, Che, Davi, and Cruz, along with five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren who will forever remember her warmth and love.
