Reginald Hanson Ecker, 68 of Commerce City passed away on Monday October 2nd, 2023. Reginald (Reggie) was born on August 19th 1955 to Kenneth Ecker and Nadine Bortner Ecker in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Nadine Wilt,, Stepfather Leroy Wilt and his wife Iona Marie Ecker.
Reggie is survived by 3 siblings, Brother Kerry Ecker of Arvada, Colorado. Brother Kevin Wilt and Sister Vivian Potter both of Savannah, Georgia. Two children, daughter Elizabeth Taylor, her husband Tony Taylor. Grandson Braeden Kelly of Thornton, Colorado. Son Anthony Ecker and his wife Vanessa Ecker of Aurora, Colorado.
Reggie loved NASCAR, baseball and working with his hands. He also had an interest in classic cars. He enjoyed spending his Sundays watching NASCAR. He was beloved by his coworkers at Superior Trailers and Pressure Washers where he worked for over 30 years. He absolutely loved his cat of over 9 years June Bug.
He will be missed dearly and the memories shared with him will be cherished.
