Richard Vernon Benavidez, 68, of Evergreen, passed away October 28, 2008.
Husband of Yvonne Benavidez. Son-in-law of Mary (the late Alfredo) Perez and Angelina Gomez. Father of Dan (Michelle) Benavidez, Annette (Paul) Arnold, Rosie (Derek) Greenwood, Yvonne (John) Fischbach. Step-father of Loretta Sanders, Laura (Nick) Martinez, Tracy Vallejos, Chuck and Julee Lambert, Doug Lambert, and Kathy Lambert. Brother of Valerie Bordas. Brother-in-law of Manuel Perez, Lydia & David Casias, Bob & Ann Beck, Toby Vigil and Barbara Lopez. Nephew of Glen Keller, Carol Stotts and Irene Hayward. Also survived by numerous grand and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial Services, Sunday, 11:30AM at the Boettcher Mansion, 900 Colorow Rd., Golden, CO 80401 (720-497-7630). Pastor Bill Aragon, officiating.
