71 ,a man of faith and love returned to our Heavenly Father on April 21, 2006. He is survived by his loving wife Ruth of 47 years. His chlidren Constance (Conni) Walker, Laurie F. Williams and husband Scott, Patrick L. Walker and wife Sarah. Blessed with six grandchildren Derek, Courtney, Katie, Carrie, Kristy Williams and Joshua Walker. Survived by his brother George F. Walker of Thaxton, VA. and many nieces and nephews. Born in Concord N.H. he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Retired Conductor for Burlington Northern Railroad. Member of the Elks Lodge #2195 in Rifle CO. He fellowshiped with believers at Berean Baptist of Denver, CO and Grace Fellowship of Lakewood, CO. He was a brave and generous man who touched the lives of many. Visitation Thursday 4-7 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home West Chapel. Services to be held on Friday at 10:00 A.M. at Grace Fellowship of Lakewood, CO. Burial at Ft. Logan National Cemetery staging area "B" at 12:00.
